Personal Training
As a personal trainer I am very aware that when you are training with me
it’s YOUR time. This is something you are doing for yourself not for
your job, business or family and therefore this time is precious.
Achieving your fitness goals doesn’t just take place in the gym; your
diet, sleep patterns, work life, hobbies and level of stress also play a
huge part. For this reason I give advice that covers all these areas and
endeavour to make our time together a learning
experience which will help you meet your goals when you are away from a
training environment.
Every client is different and has different physical needs. Exercises
that may help one person can actually be dangerous for another. For this
reason each training program I design is individually tailored to fit each
client. I take my role as a personal trainer very seriously and
regularly attend courses which enable me to keep up with latest
developments in this industry whilst expanding my knowledge further. I
also conduct regular medical, fitness and postural assessments with
clients. This is to ensure that you are making good progress and to help
motivate you.
The following are all included as part of the service:
Fitness/medical/postural assessments
Tailored Nutritional plans and advice
Food diary analysis
Postural correction
Lifestyle analysis
Sports massage
I Also Specialise In The Following Areas:
Bodybuilding and Strength training
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (M.E) rehabilitation
Beating Anxiety And Panic Attacks
Periodised Training
Sports Specific Nutrition
Beating Lower Back Pain
Training can take place in my private custom built gym in Southampton. I
am available 5 days a week and can train clients anytime between 6am and
7pm.
For training outside of these
hours please visit
Joe Ollington who uses my gym at evening and weekends.
Exercise doesn’t have to be a slog and although I will push you to
work hard I will also find ways to make training more enjoyable and less
repetitive.
So call me for a Free Initial Consultation to discuss your wants, needs
