Visiting My Private Gym:
Our first session together will be your fitness assessment. It will
consist of a variety of short tests which will help me to gauge your
current fitness level and ascertain your needs. It’s also an excellent
opportunity for us to discuss your goals and for you to get to know me.
The cost for an assessment is £40 or FREE
for those who take advantage of my introductory offer (see right).
Unlike a lot of 'In House' personal trainers that work in large
multinational leisure centres I attend to all my clients needs.
Everything from their physical training and nutritional needs to stress
reduction and rehabilitation is all covered at no extra cost.
The cost per training session is £40 or £35 for those taking advantage
of my introductory offer or monthly payment plan.

A training solution for everyone:
As I understand that for some people having a personal trainer is a
luxury I try to be as accommodating as possible by designing exercises
that clients can also do at home as well as during our training
sessions. This helps to reduce to the cost whilst ensuring that you
still manage to do the exercise you need to reach your goals.
Different clients have different needs and different budgets. I have
some clients who I see five times a week and some I only see once per
week. Whatever your fitness needs and budget just give me a call and I
will do my best to find a solution.
Payment:
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or standing
order and are due prior to each session or at a date to be
agreed between us. |
